Underneath, there may be shame, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or past experiences that still feel close to the surface. You’re tired of constant self-criticism and emotional ups and downs, and want to feel more stable, confident, and at peace in your mind and body. Most of all, you want a life that feels meaningful, not one ruled by patterns that no longer serve you. I’m a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and am currently awaiting my Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation.

I’ve completed specialized training in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) through the University of Oxford, an evidence-based approach for eating disorders. I specialize in eating disorders, body image, emotional regulation, and trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on practical, lasting change.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to do this alone.
